Vermanscht mit Salzkartoffeln schmeckt das einfach genial \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Zutaten f\u00fcr 2 Personen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-3 Kl\u00f6tze TK-Blattspinat<\/li>\n<li>1 Paket Fr\u00fchlingsquark (=Kr\u00e4uterquark)<\/li>\n<li>geriebener K\u00e4se (Gouda)<\/li>\n<li>100 ml Sahne<\/li>\n<li>Salz und Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Spinat auftauen lassen, Wasser rausdr\u00fccken und in zwei kleine ofenfeste F\u00f6rmchen verteilen. Spinat mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Dann jeweils 1\/2 Paket Fr\u00fchlingsquark drauf verteilen, dann geriebenen K\u00e4se und einen kleinen Schuss Sahne.
