The recipe, featuring  a homemade enchilada sauce was found on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.finecooking.com\/\">finecooking<\/a> and written  by Robb Walsh.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Das war doch mal ein toller <a href=\"http:\/\/thedaringkitchen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Daring Cooks<\/a>-Monat! Mexikanisch! Ich hab meine ersten Maistortillas selbstgemacht, eine Chili im Ofen explodieren lassen und am Ende tapfer gegessen, obwohls ganz gut scharf war \ud83d\ude42 <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Eigentlich geh\u00f6rten da <a href=\"http:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tomatillo\" target=\"_blank\">Tomatillos<\/a> rein. Ich war ne ganze Weile auf der Suche nach den Dingern, habs dann aber aufgegeben. Vielleicht sehe ich die ja mal zuf\u00e4llig und dann probiere ich die Enchiladas nochmal. Jetzt hab ich einfach Tomaten genommen.
